Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Student Union is a self-governing organization, which accepts the help and guidance of the Student Affairs Office, accepts supervision of all full-time registered undergraduates in Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and is responsible for all full-time registered undergraduates in Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. It is a bond and bridge between students and school, a stage and basement to develop and boom campus culture, and provides every student chances to gain overall development.

 

We will be on behalf of students and protect their proper rights, satisfy their proper demands, service them   enthusiastically, and build a relationship between related university departments and students, which aims to assist and promote education and management of school.

 

In accordance with members’ requirements, we will develop various activities to improve our abilities for self-managing, self-educating and self-serving. This will create a great condition for students to enhance democracy quality, establish science spirit, and achieve overall development.

 

Improve the national unity in China and keep friendly contact with Chinese and International students.

STUDENT SERVICE CENTER

As a functional department of the Student Union (SU), the student service center plays a vital role in serving XJTLUers and can also be viewed as a communication bridge beween our university and students. Our department’s service function is mainly reflected through the universal wall assistant. It is a platform for students to interact with the school and via leaving their feedbacks. Moreover, this platform is further divided into three sections: online manual consultation, lost and found, as well as iVoice. Related details please refer to below: 1. Online manual consultation: on a daily basis, the universal wall assistant answers some questions of students in relatin to their study and life online. 2. Lost and found: the assistant regularly updates lost and found information on WeChat moments (therefore please subscribe our account via scarnning the QR code below) every Monday and Thursday. 3. iVoice: if you have suggestions about campus facilities or activities, you are more than welcomed to fill in the iVoice mini program to feedback.
